Family Photos are for Big Kids, too!

It’s true that probably 90% of my clients have young kids, and maybe that’s because they started using me when they had their first babies in the last 10ish years. Or maybe it’s because families with older kids are too busy. Or maybe it’s because parents don’t think about capturing those teenage years because they’re not as sweet and precious as the baby/toddler/little kids years…. but they’re special in their own way! 
I’ve found my sessions with teenage and young adult “kids” to be so enjoyable – and even a breath of fresh air after chasing down toddlers during most of my sessions - ha! There’s always a lot of laughter, and I love having conversations to get to know them a little during our time together. And these big kids will usually even let their sweet mamas love on them a little for the camera when they might not otherwise allow it! :) Regardless of age, I think any parent would say the years go by in a blink of an eye. So why not take the opportunity to capture the middle/high school/college years with family photos you can keep forever?
